Registration

The basic registration form is below. Filling out the form does not guarantee admission to Milford Mill Church Child Development Center. Admission must be confirmed by the office after all fees, tuition, and additional forms have been paid and completed. We work on a space and needs available basis. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office. 
The Milford Mill Church Child Development Center was organized in 1953 as a ministry of Milford Mill United Methodist Church. We are still housed within the church facility and have a close relationship with the congregation and pastor. 

​The Milford Mill Church Child Development Center is for all children of appropriate ages regardless of racial, religious, or ethnic backgrounds who will benefit from its established programs. We do not discriminate against any family or staff.
